What Do The Environmental Claims On Labels Actually Mean?

100% Natural. Grass-Fed. Certified Organic. Dolphin Safe. Green.
They sound good. What do they actually mean, though?
If you aren't sure (and, unless you have done research, you probably aren't), head over to the Greener Choices Eco-labels Center run by Consumer Reports.
The site has good information, but I didn't find it user-friendly. To get at the information, you have to use a bunch of colorful widgets that allow you to search by label claim or certifying agency. I'd advise looking at the indexes instead of searching. These are accessible via tiny buttons on the widgets.
