Printable Checklist is a simple web-based interface for creating checklists. You can use it to create a grocery list, a list of steps when prepping a big meal, or just about anything else that can go into checklist form.

Yes, you could use pencil and paper to do the same thing. Alternately, you could use a word processor and not only have more control over the layout, but also be able to save it. Does that make this useless? No. I know there are people out there who won't fire up a word processor to make a list but who would use something like this.
