Kitchenhacker on Kindle, Easy E-books, And A Favor...

Amazon has opened up the Kindle to blogs, so now you can subscribe to kitchenhacker.neton your Kindle. This, of course, assumes you have a Kindle, which many people don't.

While I don't have a Kindle, I do have a HP Mini Netbook- which I absolutely adore (in large part because it has a usable keyboard).

Why do I mention my netbook? Well, via Lifehacker, I found EeeRotate. This is a tiny program that does one thing. It sets up hotkey combinations to rotate your screen by 270 degrees (and back). Suddenly, your netbook can be turned sideways and you have a full-page display for viewing PDFs or E-books.

Awesome.

This was designed specifically for the EeePC, but it should work with any PC. If works just fine on my HP Mini.

I would have made my blog available for free on the Kindle, but that isn't an option. Amazon sets the price - and they set it at $1.99/month. Still, I thought I would offer it as a convenience for people who wanted to read it there.

A favor to ask.

As part of making this blog available on the Kindle, I got an Amazon pagefor this blog. If you enjoy reading it or find it useful, I'd be appreciative if you went and wrote a quick review there.
