Food in Copenhagen?

I'm headed to Copenhagen on Friday for about a week. This is a work trip, but I'll have a couple of days to explore the city. I welcome any and all recommendations for dining, fine or otherwise.

...or, really, any recommendations at all.

There's Danish pastries and the possibility of non-pasteurized cheese which is hard to get in the USA.

If you're really lucky you might score some lutefisk or whatever the local equivalent is. :P
